Shipping :
Our standard shipping method is through DHL Express Service. We will send you the DHL tracking number once the order has been shipped. Normal delivery time to most countries is 2-4 working days from the shipping date although to some countries may be up to 7 working days. The cost for shipping and insurance will depend on the weight and value of your purchased items together with the destination country. You will be informed of shipping costs through email.
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country and brokerage fees or custom clearance charges which may be imposed by the carrier. These charges must be borne by the recipient as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
In the event a shipment is refused and returned, any taxes, duties, custom fees, brokerage fees or shipping charges incurred from this return, will be the responsibility of the customer.
Returns :
All returned merchandise must be unregistered, in complete original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all accessories, literature, instructions, documentation and blank warranty cards. The manufacturer's labeled packaging must be enclosed within an additional shipping carton. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package. Please ship your parcel back to Ikelite Asia freight prepaid and Insured. Ikelite Asia cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. Return shipping cost is not reimbursable.
Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same or manufacturer's equivalent model only. If any of the above conditions are not met, we reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a restock fee of not less than 15%, at our sole discretion.
Please inspect your purchase carefully. Claims for damaged or missing items must be received within two business days of delivery. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items that are opened or returned more than 7 days after delivery will receive a partial refund. Refunds on returned items which were paid for by credit card will only be made by crediting the account charged for the purchase. Customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
